At Model Fitness, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your wellness journey. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process designed specifically for our South African community.
Friendly Reminder
Due to health and hygiene standards, fitness equipment and wellness products used directly against the skin (such as waist trainers) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached. All prices are listed in ZAR.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new fitness gear fits your lifestyle perfectly.
2. Simple Process
- Email hello@modelfitness.co.za with your order number.
- Specify if you would like an exchange for a different size.
- You will arrange a courier collection and payment for delivery of the exchanged item.
3. Exchanges
We love finding the right fit for you. Exchanges for different sizes are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
4. No Refunds
Regarding refunds, please note that we do not offer cash returns. Instead, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit so you can find the perfect fit for your wellness journey. The only exception to this policy is in instances required by South African consumer law, such as if an item is found to be defective. We appreciate your understanding as we work to bring the best quality to our community. Please note that certain items, explicitly marked during checkout or within our Hygiene policy above, are non-refundable. This includes used fitness items or products where the seal has been broken, ensuring the health and safety of our entire community.

South Africa Delivery: Standard shipping at R150 (Free for orders over R1,500). Delivery within 3-7 business days excluding weekend.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.
- Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN): 3-5 business days.
- Regional Areas: 3-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Up to 14 business days.
- Communication: By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding your shipment.
